I reached out via text to inquire about using my car care plan and Samantha responded right away. I also called and spoke to her and she was kind.The other lady Amber was also responsive. Scheduling service online was easy. Drove in and was attended to. They even give you a timer for you to monitor how long it takes. There is free WiFi and coffee in the waiting room and it’s clean and spacious. Everything just flows. I had ask about their service plan and was surprised at how affordable they are for the value. Overall I was impressed.
