I highly recommend Shottenkirk CDJR’s service department. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I bought a new truck from another dealer, but live near Shottenkirk and wanted to use them for service. I had an issue with my tailgate being misaligned from factory. I was in communication with Lacey who was amazing and eager to help. She got me set up for a visit. Once I arrived, everyone greeted me with a smile and Lacey connected me with Alex. He listened to my concerns and reassured me that they’d be addressed. The service technician wasn’t able to align my tailgate and recommended their body shop. Alex connected me with their local body shop and coordinated things so that I could take it in myself rather than leaving my truck and taking a loaner. When I arrived to the body shop, they were well informed and were able to fix my tailgate to my satisfaction. I also got to chat with Brett, the service manager who was really kind and helpful. All around great experience so far with Shottenkirk CDJR, and I’m happy to work with them for any future needs with my new Ram Truck. Thank you Lacey, Alex, and Brett! Y’all are amazing and provided stellar customer service!

The service team introduced themselves to be my future techs and even the finance guy was a pleasure.
