Great experience!

I went to this dealer almost four years ago and was disappointed in their service and waiting facilities. I decided to give them another go for some routine maintenance and everything has changed! My advisor, Alex, was great to work with. The waiting facilities were very nice. I’ll be going back to these folks from here on out.

Hector did a great job getting me set up with a new RAM 1500. I went to 10 dealerships in the metro looking for the right truck, and Prosper was a great experience. Would recommend.

Had to have my Jeep towed in. Service advisor was great, assisted with rental and got my Jeep back in less than a week.

The service rep Cody Randle was amazing. He took time to discuss my current issue gave me realistic time commitments. Talked about wants on lifts and what I could do that wouldn’t invalidate my extended warranty. He got me a shuttle to my house for the extended wait time. Then hustled out to the shuttle when he noticed it would not take as long as anticipated. THE ONLY REASON THIS IS NOT GETTING A 5 STAR REVIEW IS BECAUSE OF THE GOSH FORSAKEN AI ANSWERING SYSTEM THEY ARE USING. I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!!!!!! The human aspect of their business is great. Keep replacing humans with AI watch how fast I take my business elsewhere!!!
