I recently moved to Prosper and needed an emissions test on my wife’s Jeep Liberty. The check engine light needed to be addressed first so I came to Shottenkirk Jeep to diagnose and repair it. Cody had the repairs completed and the emissions test completed in a timely manner. I will return to this dealership in the future as needed since they treat their customers fairly and honestly!

My 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a recall item. Stopped in at Shottenkirk to get fixed. They ordered the part/parts and came through. Ease of scheduling for the fix was awesome. Moe Jamal was my service advisor, extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I purchased my vehicle at another dealership but was not happy with their service department, I will leave that dealership unnamed. I do plan on buying a new Jeep or Durango, so will be going to these guys/gals for that.
