Prosper CDJR did a great job. I was just there to replace the starter on my vehicle. They found not one major problem but three!! At this point, I'm disgusted at Toyota of McKinney for their poor inspection prior to buying the vehicle. Thank you Lacey and Prosper CDJR for finding the problems and repairing them. Maybe after I pay off my Jeep I can buy a new one from you guys.

The sales team did a great job of answering all my questions and were not pressing hard to make a sale. I fact Christian was the opposite. He really took the time to listen to my needs and did a great job of making a connection with me to make the process very smooth. We talked more about life than we did the vehicle and I never felt like he was just trying to sell a car.

Serviced my Jeep here, fantastic team and 10/10 service!

Let me first start by saying we flew in from Kansas to make our purchase. After striking out a couple of times locally my wife informed me that they had the exact model she wanted in Texas! We called to inquire if it was available and explained the situation. Diana took the time to take a very detailed video of the entire vehicle inside and out. Even pointing out the very minor flaws. Transparency was super important to us due to the time and expense of traveling short notice. When we arrived the vehicle was exactly as advertised. The team worked super efficiently knowing that after the purchase we had an 8 hour drive home! Coming to a deal we were both comfortable with was absolutely painless. I wish they were closer our local CDJR dealer isn’t as good as it used to be. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to look at their inventory and fly in again on our next vehicle purchase. They were, fair, honest, and polite. That seems to be lacking in a lot of places today, it was refreshing.

Tyler listened to my concerns, told me they could fix the wobbles on my jeep and did it in less time than I was quoted. I have gone to other places to try to get the problem fixed and it never would stay fixed.

Moe was my service manager. He was extremely professional, communicative & responsive. I’m very satisfied and will return!

Efficient and reliable service team support for technicians that have gotten all my jobs, over the 6 years I’ve gone to them, done. Have had no pride nor problems in reaching out to Detroit if the odd issue showed up as an unfamiliar challenge. Comfortable and modern waiting areas and courtesy rides home if needed. Shottenkirk remains my go-to home for my Ram 1500 and Jeep Wrangler service.
